I started it a year ago when the boy was three. I finished knitting the parts of it when after he turned four. Realizing his fifth birthday is about a month away, I decided that today was a good day to assemble the darn thing! I used Araucania Nature Wool. The pattern is called "accordian" from Knitty.
I am not entirely happy with the zipper color (it actually looks better in person) but there wasn't a lot of colors to choose from. I do like the coordinating mask as an accessory...and of course it protects his secret identity!
